Stomach and duodenal ulcer is one of the disease, treated with Claricin. Besides other medication the treatment with the proper antibiotic is very important in this case. Therefore Claricin is widely prescribed by the physician for treatment of stomach and duodenal ulcer.

The disease itself is characterized by such symptoms as heartburn, stomach pain relieved by eating or taking antacids, weight gain, and a burning sensation at the back of the throat. The patient may feel discomfort for about two to four hours after meals, or after drinking coffee, citrus juice, or aspirin. According to the statistics about fifty percent of patients with duodenal ulcers wake up during the night for several times because of pain.

The illness can grow into more complications if not treated properly. Besides medications which are used to reduce acid for up to twelve months to prevent new ulcers the doctors usually prescribe a course of broad spectrum antibiotics.

Claricin belongs to the group of antibiotics which are often prescribed in case of duodenal ulcer. It should be used for one or two weeks according to prescription. As a rule Claricin prevents the following development of the disease and kills the bacteria which cause duodenal ulcer. All instructions about mode of administration and dosage of Claricin should be strictly followed.

The course of treatment with antibiotics in case of duodenal ulcer is obligatory, as without antibiotics the disease may require surgery. It can happen if duodenal ulcers develops such complications as hemorrhaging, perforation of the intestinal wall, or an obstruction that prevents passage of food.
